This is the second character in my herd of Nightmares (you'll find out alot more about them later onnnn~).
Here's some info on this pleasent (LOL) little fellow we have here.
"Jokuhr", pronounced Joker, is a [Regular Disturbed Nightmare]. His design isn't all that unique because it's his personality that really is different. As you can tell, he's sort of a demented clown who enjoys piercings and pokka dots (if he didnt, then he'd hate himself, lol).
His personality is confusing, if you don't really know him. He's a paranoid schizophrenic with two dueling, dominant personalities. His schizophrenia has gotten so bad, he tends to have conversations with himself. Both personalities, however, are rather molevelant, and they both enjoying to kill just as much as the other. However, they're killing styles are totally different.
One, "Jok" (pronounced 'Joke'), enjoys ripping his prey completely apart as fast and painful as possible. Jok controls the red/orange orb.
However, "Uhr" (Pronounced 'Err') enjoys stalking his prey for days, weeks, even months sometimes. He enjoys the mental exhaustion and fear given off from his prey. Uhr controls the green/purple orb.
Jokuhr has sort of weird anatomy. His legs are long and danty, while he holds his head up very high. It makes him taller then the rest of his herd members.
Because of the two dominant personalities always both trying to take over, he has a very distinct gait. His pace consists of, quite literally, flying lead changes. This is a result of both trying to take over his body when he gets excited. Oh Jok and Uhr. You two are funny.
One thing Jok and Uhr share in common is making "balloon animals". You see, running from his/their (whatever you would prefer) mouth is a naturally occuring latex. With his tounge, he can direct the air he breathes to make different shapes. Uhr tends to use this when he is scaring his prey. From his nostrils, the piercings get in the way to make 'x' balloons. With the addittion of a "scary" mouth, and his phsyco voice, it could give anyone the creeps.
Jokuhr's elemental feathers are rather unusual... it's wet mascara. It starts way up below the knee, however doesnt appear about his fur until it gets to his feathers.

Jok and Uhr's best friend, and leader, is [Oogie Boogie].
